Edward B. Reynolds holds a bachelor's degree from Hobart College Geneva, N.Y., and a J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law, New York City, and received a master's degree in International Law from the University of London, England. Reynolds was admitted to the Bar in New York State in 1984; Washington D.C., in 1986; and Florida and the Virgin Islands in 1993. He is a member of the bar associations of New York State, New York County, District Columbia, Florida and the Virgin Islands.
